By signing below, the Parade Participant agrees to the following rules
and guidelines:
1.) The Parade Participant
agrees to abide by the following policies or will be pulled from the parade.
§
NO throwing or tossing
items
(i.e. candy, souvenirs, merchandise, etc) from your float or vehicle. You may
have walkers handing out items at the pedestrian level.
§
No printed political or
campaign material shall be handed out during the parade.
2.) The Participant(s) shall indemnify, defend and save
harmless the City and its officers and employees from any and all suits,
actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, bodily
or personal injury or property damage arising as a result of their
participation in this event or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or
omission of the City, its agents, contractors, employees, servants, invitees, licensees,
or concessionaires.
