Barre Heritage Festival

Dear Neighbor,

I am excited to announce my position as Chair of this year's Barre Heritage Festival, which runs Wednesday, July 21 ~ Sunday, July 25. Planning for the Festival typically begins the year before, but having come on board just a short while ago, this is obviously not an option. I feel very strongly, however, that this year's event will be a HUGE SUCCESS, but we need your help!

The Barre Heritage Festival Committee budget will run approximately $20,000 - $23,000 for this

five-day event. While we raise a percentage from Barre City and Barre Town, as well as fees from vendors, we rely heavily on individuals and corporations like yours to lend their support. On behalf of the Barre Heritage Festival Committee, I would like to invite you to be a proud sponsor of this year's Festival. Sponsorship options are as follows:

• Fireworks Sponsors: $2000

• Granite Museum Event Sponsors: $1000

• Teen Night Sponsors: $500

• Small Stage Sponsors: $500

• Children's Activities Sponsors: $300

• Parade Band Sponsors: $250

• General Sponsorships: Donations of any amount are appreciated!

Donors and sponsors will be recognized in the program, as well as various other media leading up
